Install SupportWunder on your phone

SupportWunder runs as an app on your phone, no App Store or Play Store needed. Once you add it to your home screen, it opens full-screen like any other app, and you stay signed in. Handle your whole support inbox from your phone.

On iPhone or iPad (Safari)

You must use Safari. Installing from Chrome on iOS does not work.

1. Open supportwunder.com in Safari and sign in.
2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add in the top-right corner.

SupportWunder now appears on your home screen. Open it from there (not from Safari) so it runs full-screen.

On Android (Chrome)

1. Open supportwunder.com in Chrome and sign in.
2. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner.
3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen).
4. Confirm with Install.

SupportWunder is added to your home screen and app drawer, and opens full-screen.

Tips

• Stay signed in: launch the app from the home-screen icon, not from a browser tab. The browser version signs you out more often.
• Not seeing the install option? Make sure you opened the site in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). Other browsers may not offer it.
