Product feedback and roadmap

Open Product feedback to review customer suggestions and bug reports. Customer reports start privately. An owner or editor writes the public request before publishing it; private reports and source conversations stay separate from that wording.

Set up the customer portal

In Portal settings, choose the portal name, address, languages and whether anyone can read it or must sign in. Approve the products you want to show, then enable contributions. Email sign-in lets customers participate without an account in your application. A widget is optional; you can link the portal directly from your website.

A product can have subscription plans. Keep plans under their shared product rather than creating a feedback board for each subscription. Products without plans work the same way.

Review and track requests

Link relevant private reports to a public request. Customers can vote, follow and comment on published requests. Review customer comments before they appear publicly. Move requests through Under review, Planned, In progress, Released or Not planned. Planning records the product or plans the change covers. The roadmap shows that progress.

Publish an update

Open Updates → New update. Write the update in each required language and confirm where the change is available. Link a request as Reference when you want to mention it without changing its status. Choose Complete when the released change covers the request's planned scope.

Use Preview to check the wording and completion effects, then Publish update. Customers read it in their portal's Updates tab. You can edit published wording or hide an update later. Customer notification emails are not available in this release.
