Satisfaction ratings
When a conversation is resolved, SupportWunder can ask the customer a quick "how did we do?" question (a 1 to 5 rating) right on the channel they were already using.
How it's asked
Each conversation is asked at most once: the first time it's resolved, whether that's you resolving it by hand or an idle live chat auto-resolving after 24 hours (see Resolving cases). If it's later reopened and resolved again, it isn't asked a second time.
The prompt fits the channel:
- Website chat: the customer sees five smileys inline in the chat widget and taps one.
- WhatsApp, Telegram, and other chat channels: a short message with a link to a simple rating page.
- Email: five smiley links, one per score, so a reply picks its rating with a single click.
Ratings are never requested on playground/test conversations, only real customer conversations count.
Coming soon: a summary view of ratings (averages and trends across your team) inside SupportWunder itself. For now, the rating is collected and stored, but there isn't yet an in-app screen for reviewing the results. If a customer mentions getting a "how did we do?" prompt, this is what they mean.
