Troubleshooting
Quick answers to the questions that come up most. If something here doesn't cover your case, see Contact support at the bottom of this page.
I connected a mailbox but see no drafts
A few things can cause this, roughly in order of likelihood:
- Your knowledge base is empty. This is the most common cause by far. The assistant only drafts from what you've actively taught it, with no active entries, incoming messages still land in your inbox as normal new items, just without a draft attached. There's no separate queue or error for this case, so it's easy to miss. Check Building your knowledge base and add at least one active entry, then send yourself a fresh test message.
- The channel isn't active yet. A connection that failed to verify, or was disconnected, won't pick up new mail. Check Settings → Channels for the mailbox's status.
- It just takes a moment. New messages are picked up and processed a little after they arrive, not instantaneously. Give it a short while before assuming something's wrong, especially right after connecting a mailbox for the first time.
I didn't receive a password-reset or invite email
Both are sent by email right away when you request them. If one doesn't show up in a couple of minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Automated mail from a new sender is sometimes filtered there.
- Make sure you're checking the same address the reset or invite was sent to.
- For an invite specifically, ask the person who invited you to resend it from the team page. See Team members and roles for how invites work, and note that invite links expire after 7 days.
Where do I see a draft that needs a closer look?
There's no separate dashboard or counter for this. A draft that needs attention shows a small flag right next to the Draft label, on the conversation itself. See Reviewing drafts for what triggers a flag and what to do with one. Otherwise, a conversation's status (new, drafted, replied, resolved) always tells you what's waiting on it, see Resolving cases.
If the same kind of question keeps getting flagged, that's usually your knowledge base missing something for that topic, not a bug. Adding the missing answer is the fix.
